The design requires an improvement. When a phone is not attached to it, its tightening screw remains loose and makes irritating noise due to vibration while driving the scooter. This can be managed by providing a spring-loaded screw. I used a rubber band across the grips to avoid vibration.Metallic body makes it sturdy. But, this also means that there is nothing to absorb jerks while riding. A part of the stem can be made of some hard rubber. Jerks may not be good for mobiles. The small cushioning pads may not be adequate. In fact, these cannot be used if the mobile has an external cover.The package does not include an allen key which is written in its brochure (as screw). When I reported, the item was replaced free of charge. But the new package also did not contain the key. The seller should talk to the original supplier of the item.A 3-inch long M8 screw/nut also should be provided. The scooter may not have the left-side mirror.

The first time I bought it, they sent me a used up scratched product. I sent for replacement, but the second time the item looked good. I fixed it to my scooter and on the very first ride the screw came out as shown in the picture and my mobile fell on the road cracking its screen. The worst product ever and quality is so bad that I never thought even the screw holding the entire thing together can fail so miserably that too within 5 minutes of usage. This product has costed me 30 times it’s value just because of its cheapness. Definitely not suitable to hold a mobile, not even suitable to hold itself together.
