Fantastic beef flavor
I have used this product for years. I used to buy it in the wholesale grocery stores in Southern California. But when I moved to the deep country in the Pacific Northwest, it was not to be found, even in the state capital. I was so very pleased to find it on Amazon as mine was running out. The package is a little bigger, but no problem. I store it in a glass jar as our climate is wet. A teaspoon of this in your beef gravy for your pot roast, YUM! The flavor pops and no one can figure out how I make such delicious pot roast. After you pan cook a steak, deglaze the pan, add water and the usual thickener you like, a teaspoon of this and a small drained can of mushrooms and you have a 4 star topping for your steak. Oh yes, check the salt to your taste and I like to add a half teaspoon of freshly ground pepper. Try it, you will not be sorry.

Awesome brown Gravy mix
To many brown type gravy have high sodium in the stores so I saw this company and wanted to try it. It really taste pretty good! Much lower in sodium than any other brands and has a very good taste to my mash cauliflower. I should have enough of this package for quick a while didn't realize how big the package is so I just made enough in a small jar to hold me until I need to mix up more. But I do recommend Trio Gravy Mix. And I only added water to it because I observe a Keto diet and watching calories. My taste buds does approved this and gives my meal some more favor. I hope this helps other people out in trying this.

Solid product, could benefit from a homeowner-oriented package offering
This makes a smooth, neutrally flavored white sauce that you can flavor enhance as you wish. It's particularly useful for cooking for two. I'm not doing roux-and-stir routine for a cup of sauce, but a quarter cup of this to a cup of 2% milk heated just to simmer is perfect for us. Tonight I added extra sharp white cheddar and served over steamed yellow squash and sauteed pierogies, accompanying some whisky glazed ribs.

So easy to make
A number of recipes have a white sauce based sauce... just different seasonings, and sometimes add cream cheese or sour cream. To save cooking time, I make a large batch and freeze in 1 or 2 cup portions. Sometimes when making white sauce from scratch, mine turns out lumpy. With this mix, it’s never fail, always just right and fast.

:)
Tastes a bit different than what I usually use (McCormick) but it is good. Gets nice and thick. Some we've tried are thin as water - not this one! Sticks well to French fries. :) Until this McCormick shortage is sorted, I'll stick to this one.

The white sauce that every cook needs !!
Wonderful product for cooking!! This is what I need for sauces and thickening of many other soups and dishes. I am sure this is what professional chefs are using, and I love it !!

gravy mix
It's okay gravy mix. It does not dissolve well in water. Need to stir forever to get rid of the little lumps. It takes more than what I'm used to. May that's why it comes in a 1 pound bag?Still, the price can't be beat by that of the individual packets. I only ever use this as an addition, never by itself.

Nice Product
I added black pepper and a bit of butter. It had a perfectly nice flavor and was very easy to make in the microwave, just minor repair needed.
