Excellent product!Forces you to use proper form and although you can't really use momentum or go as heavy as you normally do, it's a Bi Blaster. Only down side,and it's not much of a big deal, is the strap that goes around your neck keeps slipping(the buckle). Other than that it's a solid piece of workout equipment that gets the job done!!

I’m 5’8” with a medium to stocky build, average shoulder width. This appears tailored for someone with really broad shoulders. I’ve used ones that fit better at gyms. With that being said, if you have broad shoulders you probably won’t have any complaints. It is functional so I’m not going to dock it any more than one star.

I have used a arm blaster for over 30 years (love it). My 1st. one finely wore out. I am sure this one will last the rest of my life great product for biceps.

Well made, heavy duty product. Was a gift for my son and he said that this one is better than the one they have at his school weight room. Impressive.

Could have bought a better product. Bought this for the low cost. Bad choice.

I wish I ordered an aluminum made one. This is made by iron and heavy. The belt and neck support it not a good quality.
