It’s a velvet top with some sequins. Returned.

Loved this little top! It was cute and really well made (ordered to wear under a black velvet suit for an evening out), but unfortunately it was just a bit too big. Straps are adjustable so that wasn't the case, I just have a smaller rib cage and it wasn't as snug as I would have preferred. For reference I ordered the small and I'm a 32DD (32-27-37). Had to send back. If you are a 34 bra band size, I think the small would fit well.

Bought this for my teenage daughter for the Eras Tour, she got so many compliments on it, she said it was very comfortable, especially for the long day/night we had. Very flattering for bigger chest girlie's.

I got this for a snow white disneybounding outfit and it'll work great! I wanted something that wouldn't be too hot for southern California. It's velvet but not too thick or warm. My only complaint is that it's a little loose on me, especially towards the top and straps, and the straps arent adjustable. I'm going to try to fix that problem somehow because it isn't a big enough deal to return and get another size. If you're in between sizes, it might be smart to order down unless you like a larger fit.
