Wedding gift and they really were pleased.

First time using this brand. I was happy with this coffee maker but it just recently started to leak and I've only had it for about a year. Leak is internal from the reservoir so it's definitely broken.Also, I've seen some posts about condensation dripping from the handle. That definitely happens. Not the biggest deal but does leave a little water on the table if you let the coffee pot stay on the warming element for a little while.Either way, kind of bummed it broke. It looks good in the kitchen and worked well until it didnt. Would expect it last long than a year. Definitely won't be buy this brand again.

I can’t say anything good about this coffee maker. From day one I wasn’t a fan of the programming on it. When brewing it also drips water down the handle and onto the counter top. For being advertised as no spill pouring it spills just about every time you try to pour coffee. A couple months into owning it and now it won’t make a full pot of coffee, it’ll only make a cup or two and then you have to keep hitting brew over and over. All around a terrible product.

When the coffee is being made and, consequently, when it is staying hot in the pot, condensation drips from the pot handle. I contacted the manufacturer and was told that there is nothing wrong with the machine and that it is the same one the representative had with no problem. I have since inspected the pot and found that there is a small hole at the top of the hollow pot handle and another at the bottom of it. This is how the condensation gets in (top) and drips out at the bottom. We keep a kitchen towel under pot, so we don't end up with a puddle of water on the countertop.

This coffee maker is beautiful and worked great for the first month or so. Flavor is on point. Then, it began only brewing two cups at a time. It will beep indicating the brew is complete. We have to continue pressing the brew button to restart the brew with every two cups to get to the 10 cups we wanted. Very disappointing. I love how it looks and really wanted it to work.

This makes 14 cup's of coffee in less than 14 minutes. Mine has never leaked from the handle. It is also very beautiful to look at hence the name. Very happy with this coffee pot.
