Very Very bad product. This company is a cheater. I don't know how Amazon is promoting their products. Amazon should stop selling their products as their product quality is very bad and they don't have any customer care number where you can lodge your complaints. I have a number taken from Google search. No one responds to that number. There product is very bad. The heating coil has burst resulting in current shock from flowing water.A police case must be registered against them if they are doing the same thing with other buyers.I want Amazon to contact them on my behalf since they are not responding.The heating element needs replacement which is to be done free of cost since the geyser is under warranty

We have recently ordered this productWhen they delivered this product,it show spark and burning smell.After that we ordered replacement on the same day,then they replaced us with other geyser with broken temperature metreI will never recommend this product to anyone elseKindly buy the same at your own risk.Thanks

I had ordered this geyser for a friend's house and after less than a month of usage, the water is not getting heated. If you call Activa Customer care they will tell that they don't provide home service technician, warranty is there only for parts. They will send parts by courier. It's really not worth the hassle. I had ordered one for myself too but have already initiated a return after this. I recommend not to waste money on this product at all.

Review after 1 month.It Looks good.Heating time is OK.Heat retaining time is not good, water cools quickly. Insulation problem.Heating water smells like burnt plastic.temperature meter does not work.Can't say about life and maintenance.
