Medical Backpack with Removable Snap-in Essentials Kit, Dark Grey and Navy,

I would like to give this product 0 stars. As the parent of a newly diabetic daughter, I was excited to find a backpack that could help me carry all of her supplies plus my normal purse items. This completely broke within 1 month of ordering. The zipper would not zip appropriately, 2 zippers broke completely and when you did get it zipped, it would unzip with all my stuff in it and it would fall out. It was completely unusable. Do not buy!

Quality is a disappointment. Zippers fell off within a month. Material around zippers started to fray after a couple of weeks. Great idea. Poor quality. We hope they make improvements as we did like the size and design.

Ordered two of these for our 2 kids with T1D. Zipper broke the first time I used it for a field trip. They are lighter weight fabric and zippers than expected. Disappointed with the quality for the price.

The design of this bag is great but it is made cheaply. Within weeks zipper pulls broke, seams started tearing and the plastic pieces broke. We have had backpacks from Walmart last longer. Really disappointing.

My diabetic daughter found this perfectly suited for travel overseas on her senior trip. Great product! So very well made!

I loved the snap in piece and used that for 3 years. I gave up on the backpack. The zippers kept breaking. If I could buy just the snap in supply carrier again I would. It’s a great idea, just poorly executed.
