This is to help the manufacturer. I am using hernia belt for last five years so I think I can help here a bit. This belt is made with very good material it appears but the strap to harness it is extremely poor and useless. If the manufacturer look at this problem then I'm sure it would be a fantastic product altogether.

Material supplied is different
The media could not be loaded. The back streap is attached at wrong place in material supplied. In picture it was shown adjustable and therefore the product becomes useless.

hard pads make it most uncomfortable, pads of equal size must come, pockets must be adjustable to fit exectly at required area
