FSMART Wifi Camera 1080P Wireless Indoor Home Security Surveillance Camera System with Cloud Service

WARNING: You will see this item lists as frequently purchased with  SanDisk Ultra 64GB microSDXC UHS-I Card with Adapter, Grey/Red, Standard Packaging (SDSQUNC-064G-GN6MA) , but this SD card is NOT supported by the manufacturer. The camera will not recognize this SD card, believing it to instead has only "12M" of storage available, even after reformatting. It is also incompatible with  SanDisk 64GB Mobile Ultra MicroSDXC Class 10 Memory Card with SD Adapter - Retail Packaging  and exhibits the same issue. Although it is listed as supporting up to 64 GB SD cards, in reality they only have subset of SD cards that are actually compatible, none of which include the manufacturer's product numbers to be sure you're getting the right card. The list of supported SD cards is buried in the customer Q&A rather than in the product description.If you don't have an SD card, you can only use the camera to view it live unless you pay for their monthly cloud storage service, but the live video looks fine. Additionally, if you are not paying for their cloud service, every time you try to access any recorded video on the SD card it will prompt you with a pop-up asking you to subscribe. If it is your intention to pay for their cloud storage service and don't mind if your cameras become useless if your internet or WiFi goes down, you should be fine, but if you plan on using an SD card with it, good luck finding one that is compatible.

UPDATE! I said yes to the software update .... it has been updating now for a month!!!!!!!!!!!! I cant view that camera unless I view the other camera first as I have 2. I refuse the update on the other camera or I would be lost on both. ThEN!!! Get this!!! Ask for help and it is in Chinese. You got to be kidding me! How do I get some help on this. I have tried removing the camera and uploading it again, and it still is uploading. Golly!!! Save your money people and go with a reputable company! Unless I get some resolve on this ... I wish I could rate a zero stars!The picture is amazing! This camera loads right up, no buffering, no hassle! The picture is clear, and I love checking in on my pups .. there is no chopping of the picture, it really streams wuite well. The motion dedection is nice and sensitive, so you would not want it in a high traffic area, as mine is in my kitchen.. so I turned notification off. I will add, I didn't mount my camera. I do have it placed so I can see into my dogs kennell.. so I am not sure on that part. It is a tad top heavy, but again. I have mine set up on the end of my kitchen counter.. my only wish is that this camera was 360 view. That would make it the best ever. However I love it so much I bought two of them. The sound is good on this, so if my smoke alarm or anything were to go off, id know!

Fsmart Wifi Camera, is very sensitive to light changes, shadows, Christmas lights coming on, and flickering electric candles. The Danale software didn't work with my version 4.1 Android phone, so I had to borrow a 5.0 phone which would work. Easy setup with Danale software, more documentation/help file/walkthru needed. It was very diligent in notifying of movement detections, though all turned out to be light changes. From the answered questions, I purchased the recommended memory cards and both remained blank thru a 10 day period. Mark off Sandisk Ultra 64GB Micro SDXC and PNY High Performance 32GB SDHC, though listed as recommended, didn't work(the second is actually a full size SD card). Two cameras, two Micro SD cards but nothing ever recorded. Signed up for cloud service, but you do have to sign up for each camera. Documentation and software could be improved. The notifications sent to your compatible phone include camera still images from each event reported. Both cameras work well, but the software will not run on older android phones, Kindle Fire tablets or on a PC. Basically stayed in night-vision indoors with lights on. You can copy the jpeg pics from phone to your PC after the fact. The frequent notifications were annoying to the person whose phone I borrowed, so I'm kinda mixed about not being able to set it up on my own phone.

This camera does exactly what you need it to do for quick viewing of an area rather intentionally or because being alerted to do so. The set up is quick with the app an no required additional costs unless you want footage backed up in a cloud.

Set up fine and worked about 2 weeks and stopped. Unable to get it to work again. Tried different cables and different locations. NOT WORK!!! Disappointed that Amazon would carry such a bad product. Will buy another but not through Amazon.

One week after my return window closed they came out with a firmware upgrade. The camera is stuck in a loop of trying to upgrade but the upgrade fails. This cycle goes on and on... camera is now useless and I can't return. Great.

I think for the price and the 1080p quality it's great. The sound sucks but you get what you pay for. The app is really easy to use and set up. I use this to keep an eye on my kitty while I'm away.

I have only had this a day but have been very impressed. Setup was simple and took less than 2 minutes with the free mobile app. The app is very good, and the quality of the audio and video is amazing for the price. I am going to buy a few more!
