I love this set up better than my previous two EZVIZ cameras. Love the options, better looking visually, . Easy setup. The app works well.

Works great. Easy setup and clear. Tracking works perfectly.

Camera performed well for the first year of use. Camera is installed under eave where it is not exposed to weather. After one year, the camera would no longer move in an upward direction. The result is that once the camera pans down, it gets stuck in that position and your view is now of the ground. I contacted EZVIZ and was told “it's out of our support scope - thank you for your understanding”. Camera can still be used as a fixed camera, but you are paying a lot more for no added capability. Save your money and buy a cheaper fixed camera.

I changed my rating from five stars to three, since I found this camera(maybe just this one faulty) would not save configuration locally. When power lost, it would need reconfigure it for PTZ and anything else. I have to get on ladder to push RESET button to reconfigure wifi each time I power off and power back on it. So I am returning it. ++++++++++++++++++ I used to have Reolink camera and in the darkness, I could not see the person face at all at 10 yards distance. Ezviz with 6mm lens can see people's face even 30 yards. That is a great advantage for security camera over other brands. Another good thing about Ezviz vs Reolink is that Ezviz putting all triggered alert events in "library" to easily see them. Reolink don't have such thing, users must going though all videos to find alert events. That is a lot of work. Given Reolink app crashes and locks up by itself all the time, to find a trigger event is hard with Reolink, and it is very easy with Ezviz. The bad thing about Ezviz is its support. They do respond to email questions. However, they do not take suggestion at all. My complaint was to set up non-detection area in the human shape detection. Otherwise, people walk on the street or even cross street would trigger alert notification, making the security notification useless. Since they already have detection area setup in "image change detection", it would be a really easy change to take that detection area setup from inside image change detection to the outside, allow all detection algorithms using this detection area setup. Their support supervisor Lessa said rather me to return the camera to Amazon than doing anything to change their software. My solution is to install two cameras, one is to watch all the areas not sending any alert, the other camera only watch close-by area to avoid false alert. Once the alert is triggered when someone walked into close-by range, using the timestamp to search other camera to see how that person came and leave. Over all, this camera has better lens and hardware than many other brands and app is not crashing, so it is reliable security camera.

The product was easy to install and set up on my phone. I’m impressed by the image quality both day and night, and it’s tracking capability is perfect.

I've purchased several of them over the last 2 years. So far, 2 of them have gone blurry and had to be replaced. the optics just don't stand up. I liked them ate first. I don't recommend them any more. They don't last.

Honest review. Camera looks great on the side of my house, easy to connect to my network, easy to add to the app. Pros and cons are as follows: Pros: Great image quality Built in floodlight 256gb SD Card Capacity PTZ easy to use Can save any camera position Cons: Only has 2.4ghz Wifi Image stuttering A LOT "Color Night Vision" is a gimmick - just means the light stays on at night. I gave this camera three stars because EZVIZ could do better. They need to be adding 5ghz wifi to their devices. For high image stream quality, 2.4ghz isn't cutting it.

I had to get this item sent to England as it wouldn’t ship to Ireland,nevertheless it wasn’t a real problem,I already had an Ezviz camera installed which was now a few years old,I managed to get this one at a great price,it’s the top one with 3k and 6mm camera,first thing you notice is the picture quality,it’s quad HD whatever that means but it’s crystal clear,the tracking is so clever too,it follows people,zooming in as they walk past and then when clear the camera returns to its predetermined location,it was very easy to set up as I had the previous version as stated,so no problem with the app etc,just set it up inside house beside your modem before you climb up a ladder to instal it,so far I’m very pleased with it,although it’s only been up a few weeks,if anything changes I’ll rewrite another review,do I recommend at the moment yes I do,but it’s very expensive at the moment so best wait incase there is a deal going

Brilliant camera well worth the money

Brilliant camera, bought to keep an eye on my father's garden after reports of people entering his garden and poking about. does everything we need it to The only thing that lets it down is in the ai detection mode we use it in, you can't exclude areas from the areas which trigger an alert like on previous models, so people's legs passing the gate set off a notification. Other than that it's great, picture quality is brilliant and the full colour night vision is fantastic. The ezviz app is easy to use and set up was straight forward. It synced straight to my app which has cameras from three locations linked to it.

Work excellent so far and do everything I need them for. Great value.
