Having dealt with chronic chapped, cracked, peeling, even sometimes bleeding lips for years, it would be an understatement to say I've tried a lot of lip products. So I was really not expecting much when I ordered this. I wanted to try it because I sort of liked the design--it's packaged different from almost every other lip product out there. And I liked the idea of actually being able to put some color on my lips again, if it actually worked.I write this review as someone who, with the above mentioned years-long issue, has found one or two products, among literally dozens and dozens that I've tried over the years, that do work. Eos is no miracle--but it's pretty good. I don't think Eos by itself would be all that my lips need, but it complements the other two products I use well, and after having purchased and used it for a few weeks now, I can say I still like the packaging design, and still like the lip tint, and will probably purchase more.The first couple of days I used this, my lips seemed to revolt a bit and peeled a bit more than usual. I am normally using Avon's Beyond Color lip conditioner, and Somaluxe's Lip Rescue. My lips did go back to normal pretty quickly though, and this seems to complement the aforementioned products well to keep my chronic cracked lips in check.So - not a miracle product, but pretty good. Probably really darn good for people with average chapped lips. For those of us with chronic severe lip issues, it complements other products well. Will purchase again.

This is lovely. However, I am disappointed in this product b/c I assumed it didn't have any soy, like the other EOS lip balms. I looked everywhere for the ingredients and maybe I missed it, but I would not have ordered this had I known. It looks wonderful on. Sheer peachy pink with a subtle sheen. A nice enhancement that would be great for teens and adults. Great everyday look that is not too "made up". That it looks so good is also why I am so disappointed, b/c I can't wear it! I have endometriosis, which is driven by estrogen. Soybean products are a phytoestrogen and causes a flare of my painful symptoms when absorbed through the skin. Despite some reviews that showed they received melted products or said it breaks off at the base, I took a chance on this. It was fully intact upon delivery, so I guess some got a bad batch or it melted in heat. I live in a northern state, so heat isn't an issue most of the time. I have used dozens of the EOS lip balms and none of them have ever broken off at the base either. Altogether it is a nice product and I would re-order if it didn't have an ingredient I must avoid.@EOS: Please remove soy from your products so I will be able to loyally use all your products! I'm sure there are others who are allergic or sensitive to soy who would appreciate this. It will improve your profit margins by making sure everyone can use your awesome products!

If you are looking for a moisturizing lip balm that adds a hint of tint, then this is the product for you.Moisturizing: It applies more smooth than sticky, unlike some other lip glosses/balms. I have not used it yet for long term, but it feels ok on my lips.Flavor: This is the only area that I think this product has potential on. Albeit, the focus (it seems) is on moisturizing and color, rather than flavor. It does not have much of a flavor at all (it does have a scent that is reminiscent of playdough.)Presentation: I enjoy the circular packaging of this lip balm. Like most lip glosses that are tube shaped, and easily roll away, this has a flat surface bottom that will stand and stay in place on a counter, or a nightstand. The lid has a floral cut-out pattern that shows the shade through it. The lip gloss itself is in a circular shape and is in the shade as described (Coral) with hints of gold shimmer to it.Overall: I enjoy this lip balm (both in packaging and in moisturizing.) If you are looking for something that is scented/flavored, this wouldn't be the right choice for you, but if you want a moisturizing lip balm, that adds some color that is not overpowering then I recommend trying this out!

I love eos but this one it seems has been in the package for months as soon as I opened I could smell the old oil in it.I won’t buy again

I'm on roaccutane treatment, if you know what does it mean then you would love this lip balm, I read so many articles, watched youtube, so many different advises and products, I was not sure when I was buying this balm that it would work. I'm on my 2nd month treatment and so far I have no issue with my lips, I use this balm night time, putting it on my lips and a little bit around my lips and going to sleep, in the morning lips are very soft, so I put them on again in the morning and on the top of it I put my Loreal red lipstick, the one I was using before treatment. I was very worried that due to roaccutane my lips will get cracked and start bidding - those are usual symptoms, for the price it works just PERFECT !!! I don't need any additional stuff to take care of my lips
