The sound of my friend's phone connected to my bluetooth speaker becomes quieter, but the sound of my mobile phone connected to bluetooth is louder?

Dear customer, hello! Thank you very much for your question. We understand that sometimes some settings of the mobile phone may affect the volume performance of the Bluetooth speaker. But you can increase the volume of the Bluetooth speaker according to the steps on the picture: After you turn off this setting, the volume of the Bluetooth speaker will become louder.

What is the reason why the volume suddenly drops by half during my use?

hello, thanks for asking Our battery protection system will automatically adjust the volume and reduce the power to ensure that the battery is not damaged when the battery power is too low but the power remains the same and the voltage peak value cannot be reached. It is a means of protecting the battery

How to use TWS function?

Hi, Step1 Turn on these two speakers. Step2 Long press one of the TWS buttons on both machines. Step3 Wait for a few seconds, when the speaker prompts "TWS paired", it means the two speakers are connected successfully.

When i plug my mic in i get terrible feedback. does anyone else have this issue? or know how to fix?

If you are in front of the speaker when you are speaking, the sound is going into the mic creating the feedback. When you are speaking be sure you are behind the speaker. Another thing that may help if you’re still experiencing even a little feedback which no one ever likes, buy a pop filter for your mic which will reduce the chances of unwanted sound entering your mic
