I HATE THE STUPID CIRRI VOICE TELLING WHAT I'M WATCHING!!!!! THE MANUAL DOESN'T HAVE DIRECTIONS TO TURN IT OFF. TRIED EVERY MENU, BUT NO USE!!!!!

You get what you pay for
This TV is fine for its purpose - in my case, fitting into a small space in the bedroom. But don't expect high-end quality on your low-end budget. The TV works just fine, but the picture quality and especially the tinny audio are going to be what you would expect for a device this small and in this price range.I've deducted stars for two primary things:Firstly, the audio goes from 1 which is actually silent, to 2 which is pretty loud and keeps my spouse awake at night. Then 2-15 are practically the same volume. So if careful volume control is important to you, keep looking.Secondly, it is not compatible with universal remotes. I've tried several, including auto and manual setup modes, and none recognize this TV. So I end up needing two remotes on my nightstand. Not a big deal to some, but just be aware of that possibility when you buy it.Otherwise, it's a decent value for the money and had been reasonably reliable.

Cannot Pair Cable Remote With This TV
The only reason to purchase this TV is for the small 19" size and decent price. You cannot pair it with a cable remote or universal remote and YOU WILL NEED TWO SEPARATE REMOTES to operate the TV. Feihe remote works the on/off and volume functions and you will need the cable remote to change channels. I find it annoying that they cannot provide a pairing code. Also the Feihe name is not on the users manual or anywhere on the TV which is odd. TV remote is made super cheaply so hopefully will last.
