Horrible seller
I never got to use the laptop seller sold a broken laptop that didn't have hp parts. And he wouldn't even honor the warranty. I still have laptop and it still doesn't work

The product did not match the expectations.
I may have to contact the seller or manufacturer, because the laptop, completely crashed.At moment I am trying to fix by trying cleaning any virus that I can find, but the system is not responding.terrible, I have no options, this time it must be a malware and something worse.another disappointment.CheersRen. BUYER BEWARE
Do NOT buy an HP Envy from Prime Sales. In fact, do NOT by an HP Envy at all. About the time the return window for Amazon closed, I began having blue screen errors on my new laptop. I contacted HP Support and while I was on the phone with them, the computer crashed (blue screen). When I finally got it rebooted, the tech asked me to run a diagnostic check, but the check failed. HP instructed me to send the laptop back for repair. Now HP is telling me the damage is customer-inflicted because Prime Sales apparently installed extra memory from a cheap manufacturer. HP will not honor my warranty that I purchased in good faith, and Amazon will not honor my purchase because it's been eight months since the purchase. HP wants to charge me more than $400 to repair my laptop, which cost almost $1,500 to begin with. GO BUY ELSEWHERE AND DON'T BUY HP!!!!
