Don't know if they work, not the highest in needed "ingredients" but cuz I can't remember results from other brands, they win because they don't require water to swallow while walking or driving on my way to somewhere else so more likely to take them.. .., I can chew them while driving and I don't need to also rmember a water bottle. Maybe not the best memory/brain supplement, but much better than not remembering to take anything at all...

I’m usually very sensitive when taking supplements, but these softgels are great. There is absolutely no weird aftertaste, and they are surprisingly easy to swallow. I took it with a healthy breakfast today. I’ve been super productive all day—cleaned the house, went to the gym, and cooked with zero procrastination. Strong fish oil smell, but it works
These are small and easy to swallow, but the strong fish oil smell is so off putting. I don’t think I’ll reorder these. Let’s see if the effects are worth putting up with the smell Update: so it actually works really well and keeps my mind sharp while I work and study. I try not to smell the caps or the container. I will shop around, but if I don’t find any that works as good or better than this, I will return…

Improved conversations
Saw improvement in my ability to remember words while speaking. I am 79 and had seen a form of brain fog coming when I could not come up with a word when speaking and it was getting worse. Since taking it daily I seldom have this. Thankfully!
