Well I mean I don’t know what you mean by prosthesis but yes, there is 2 hole in there, you can take them out but they quite small.

Depending on your other measurements go off this. XL(US 16)-BUST:41.5"-43"-Waist:33.5"-34.5"-Hip:44"-45" XXL(US 18)-BUST:44"-45"-Waist:36"-37"-Hip:45.5"-46.5" I think the L would be too small based on your bust size as I am a 14, 36F and it is snug so I would say XL would probably be a better fit unless your hips measure more than that listed below in which case I would go for an xxL. As long as you don’t remove the plastic protector on the gusset the item can be returned if you need a different size. Beautiful costumes.
