This is so much fun, it's a little loud, strong material, easy to use and performs well. I don't have a problem with it , it's durable .

The media could not be loaded. I added my slightly embarrassing video of my very first time using the product to make the review as real as possible.The product comes completely disassembled while I’ve seen others come at least partially assembled. That being said it was very simple to put together.The counter on it works perfectly. I was counting in my head and it was spot on to the amount that I did.The hoop was snug to my waist with the 12 pieces intended to be added. (There’s one extra in the box incase one breaks) I added photo is of a measurement of the hoop to get an idea if this one would fit if you were thinking of ordering it. You can take links out but not add any.It takes a second to get it going and helps if you really throw it around your body to get it started. I also haven’t used even a regular hula hoop in years so maybe that’s why.One of my concerns is that even on the first use some of the links were catching the weight as it circled around. Maybe that will get smoother with more use but I guess I’ll just have to wait and find out.I’ll update this review after a while of consistent use to state if I’ve seen any progress and how the product is holding up.

This is a fun way to exercise. It is easy to assemble, light-weight and fairly easy to use while watching tv. Is a good value for the money.

I had a hard time believing that this product worked. I did a lot of research before buying. I have struggled with weight since I was a kid. I don't eat much, but I gained a lot of weight these past few years after being diagnosed with a health condition. I realize that it would be helpful to add measurements and photos, I won't do that because my self confidence is a real struggle, and unfortunately people can be cruel today. I will tell you that I started off with 24 links and after 12 days I just took off the first one. I was shocked, I noticed my clothes are a little loose as well. After research I found out that one link is 2 inches off the waist. That can equal to about 10 lbs roughly I believe.If you do this every day for 30 minutes it does work. The first day was hard to get the hang of it, but after that it's easy. I have always had trouble finding a workout thats good for me. I don't go to the gym and I prefer to do it at home. This is perfect don't give up and keep with it. You will see results. I apologize that there isn't a lot of details so this review may not be as helpful as others. I wish someone mentioned that this harder to use than it looks in the videos posted. The weight and the bearings don’t keep going and probably need a lot of practice before you can even go a few minutes of continuous movement. It is noisy! But I love the idea of it so I will keep at it. If you’ve never done this before don’t expect to do 30 minutes on day one. I’m up to one minute.. Day 2.

I like how you can change the size of it. It’s easy to assemble and feels sturdy. For the most part it’s a fun way of exercising. But the weighted ball keeps on flying out. I had to only use it outside so I wouldn’t break anything. It’s also really loud when using.

I love how easy it is to put together. It does make a slight noise, but the tram for the gravity ball glides smoothly in the track. I bought the 61 inch hoop, and had to remove a few links. It didn't come with a counter like the smaller hoops, but overall it's a fantastic product. I will definitely order from this company again!

I love this pick of exercise equipment. Being a bigger person I have had so much fun with this. I was afraid that it would not be comfortable or would not fit properly but boy was I wrong. I went with one a little bigger than my measurements just in case but I feel I would have been fine without stepping up. It is super easy to assemble. Easy to store. When in use it does require more room. Easy to get on and off yourself. As you tune you simple unclip a link and keep on going. There is not a lot of noise by you do hear a slight hum as the pendulum moves around the waist area. Easy to watch TV and still hear your favorite show but get some exercise in too

The only thing I wish it had was an app or something so you can keep track of your workouts. All in all I love this thing it’s so fun and doesn’t take up too much room!

I used this rpoduct but didnt feel anything soar the naxt day. So to me i dont think its worth it. It was fun the first 5 min. After that, it was verry long to finish a 30 min trainning

This contraption is impossible for the average Joe to use, even my daughter who is extremely athletic was easily frustrated with how hard it was to use this device
