The media could not be loaded. The boxes is broken and I bought this for gift

Just doesn’t work.
My daughter was left incredibly disappointed, frustrated and tearful when her birthday present turned out to be utter garbage. Despite following all instructions carefully and even watching the troubleshooting videos, the balloons would not stay inflated. It’s now in the bin. A complete waste of money on this plastic crap.
