I've not been happy with what the local box stores had for aquatic plants so I decided to try this. I have to say I am surprised and very happy! The items were packed nicely and looked WAY better than anything I could get local. Since I am new to plants, I hope I don't kill them but if they do well, I will happily purchase more from this seller.

Shipping was prompt, ordered the evening of the 21st and they arrived from California on the 23rd. The plants were all bagged together and sealed, that bag had a silver bubble wrap insulating sheet folded over it. Unfortunately when they folded it, it actually bent some of the leaves to an unrecoverable extent.Got four healthy looking plants bundled together, the bundle had healthy roots showing, unfortunately the roots were actually growing through the foam wrap, a good number came off with it, leaving very few healthy roots on each plant, so few I've had to replant several a lot deeper than I like hoping they'll root instead of suffering stem rot at the substrate.The price is close to what I'd pay retail, the initial appearance is better than what I see in retail stores, with the exception of the creased leaves and root problem, those are big problems though, so they get three stars for now, I'll update in a few weeks and see if the plants end up taking or not.

After a couple weeks, my sword has browned a little but is overall looking pretty healthy!! I also received way more than I had anticipated and was able to split it into two plants.Update: it has now been about 2 months and the swords look amazing!! I have it planted in gravel and fertilize it with API root tabs and some aquarium coop easy green (which is mostly for my other plants that are not in substrate) and it has exploded. I had to split my original 1 into 4 plants now and am gonna move some into my other not-yet-planted aquarium in about a months time!!! I highly recommend!

What needs more be said? Plants were about 8" long, with a relatively weakly developed root system. Being that these are aquatics, though, that might be normal. Not really sure. They were lovingly packed with a little wadding to retain moisture at the roots, and gave me some inert weights I used to weigh down my java fern rhizomes. So far all but one plant seems to be taking well to the Fluval Stratum substrate I'm using, and my fish seems to enjoy frolicking among the plants. Would definitely order again if I upgrade to a bigger tank.

First off , the package arrived earlier than expected. On top of that it came with serval stems , allowing you to separate the plant into individual plants. It’s not the largest plant however you get what you pay for. Thankfully there was no pest snails or any unexpected guess.Overall the plant was exceedingly healthy and I would definitely recommend it to a beginner.

Definitely a pleasure dealing with the companyOriginal reviewI bought 2 of these and they lasted less than a month. When I bought these, I also went to petsmart and purchased a few other plants to add to my aquarium. Those are still very healthy but these amazon swords and another plant I bought from this seller have wilted within a few weeks. They arrived beautiful but did not last long. I use root tabs and dose API leaf zone weekly and API CO2 booster daily so I did take care of them. I am highly disappointed and will not buy from this seller again.

Beautiful plants arrived today!!!This was my second order, first time buying tall swords and they are gorgeous!!!Plants were all packed well, USPS was a delayed a day so was a little fearful but the plants were healthy looking and within minutes of being placed in clean water, the plants were open and full. They all look beautiful in my 30gal tank. Fish are all excited exploring their environment enhancements ;)

When I ordered this I did the "buy 2 get one free" deal that was offered at the time.It took a little time for the plants to be delivered... BUT they did arrive AHEAD of scheduled time by a few days.So I ordered 3 plants but I actually got about 6 or 7 tall thin stemmed plants, which some people would be upset about but it worked perfect for me. I took each one and spread themmevenly along the tank and they are now a month or two in and are healthy and starting to fill out.I'll edit later and post pics of how they look 1.5 months in
