Thorne BioMins II - Comprehensive Multi-Mineral Supplement Without Copper and Iron - 120 Capsules

I wanted to wait until I used the whole bottle to write a review. I only took 2 out of the 4 a day because my diet is pretty good. I slept so well every single night I took this supplement. My skin looked brighter and healthier as well!

I can’t rave enough about these. As a mother or 2 young kids in my late 30’s they are a must. I over all feel BETTER, sleep BETTER and…. My skin looks amazing. Don’t think twice about the price people just add to cart and thank me later .

I have been using this for about 1 year. I had been waking up in the middle of the night with leg cramps - a.k.a. 'charlie horse' - and it was getting worse. Went to regular doctor, took tests, etc. Finally went to nutritionist and was recommended this product. I can tell you that it worked for me. I take it every day - a.m. and p.m. I find if I miss it more than 2 days, my cramps come back. Here's what I found out doing some basic research and talking to nutritionist. Recommended potassium is 4700 mg of potassium to 450 mg of magnesium. 7-10 cups of cruciferous veggies can get you that but it also depends on how an individual person is able to absorb/process. Apparently I have a problem with this. Anyway, since taking this product, my tendency toward muscle cramping in my legs has almost all gone away. I do not think $25 is too much for that!

Good multi mins are hard to find for some reason. These are the best.

What I selected this product for is the fact that it does not have added iron and copper. It is very hard to find a mineral supplement that does not have these. Thorne makes good products so this is a "no brainer." It is not chewable and is a capsule that you swallow with water or any other liquid.

I really like all the products I have purchased from Thorne Research, and their new mineral formulation is not exception. I think it is important to supplement our mineral intake, as so much of our processed food has vital minerals processed out. This is an excellent formulation and a quality company. You might pay a little more, but you know you are getting quality - that is good value to me.

Came in a different package, but I tested out the caplets. There is powder inside very easily dissolvable caplets. I put the caplets in water, and they dissolved quick enough to know the powder would absorb well. Not to mention, I feel better after beginning to take these in my regimen daily.
