It’s really good. U can do exercises easily with it. Really handy. It makes me do planks exercise very easily. The quality is excellent. Tea easy to use it and it’s folds so easy to store it. 😐🤕😌

What a terrible design. It’s not adjustable for forearm length, in that there’s only one lock point. Which I’d guess sets it for someone about 5’ 1” which is a foot shorter than me. The “rubber” grommets are hard plastic and I’ll snap the flimsy plastic trying to get them in. And if you don’t have them and as the central hinge does lock, it’ll move all over the place. I wanted the timer and the ability to set it exactly as I wanted to keep good form. Get a thick towel and the timer on your smart phone.

It is a rather flimsy piece of equipment and very expensive for what it is. I would not bother.

il prodotto è buona , dovrebbero però migliorare il bloccaggio dell'angolo di apertura , per le mie braccia si apriva troppo e l'unica maniera per bloccarlo è stata l'applicazione di fascette di plastica
