Valerian Plus

I was very skeptical about purchasing a tea for sleep. I’ve had trouble sleeping for years and almost always wake up around 3-4 am and then fall asleep again just before my alarm goes off. I’ve taken Benadryl tablets with success in the first few hours and still awake in the wee hours. I started drinking this tea an hour before I want to go to sleep and without fail I have slept 8+ hours without the groggy or hangover feel I get from medications. I do still wake up to run to the bathroom at least once (thanks to my age), but I go right back to sleep. I’ve already recommended it to friends that like herbal remedies for health, rather than big Pharma. It’s worth the try.

This is great tea for if you want to chill during the day, although I drink it before bed because it can make me quite sleepy.

my Dr. recommended the tea to overcome sleepless nights. I don't take pills -the tea does not make any difference.

I have had issues sleeping for the last 3 years. I have gone through several prescription meds with no success. A friend of mine gave me a box of this Valerian Plus tea so I decided to try it. I was able to get a full 7 hours of sleep and felt great the next morning. Before this i was getting 3 to 4 hours a night if I was lucky.

This is an outstanding product. Whether you drink it before bed or during those lonely hours in the middle of the night, it truly gives you a sense of calm and relaxation that lets you fall asleep. I have told my friends about it and I intend to keep a supply on hand.

This tea was far better than the capsules I opened before to take before bedtime. The capsules smell bad and taste worse. This tea has a delightfully light flavor, and no bad taste or smell. It seems to work well to induce sleep.

really liked it -went to order more- but the price has more than doubled sinceI bought it a couple weeks ago!!??

I actually purchased this tea for a friend who has been struggling to get to sleep. He started taking the Valerian tea with some melatonin and noticed some improvement after the first week. After consistently taking it for a month, it was a nightly ritual that guaranteed to make him sleepy (not drowsy) and knock him out within the hour. Super pleased and will be ordering more!
