I needed a doorbell on my patio screen door which is away from my actual front door. This was the perfect solution. The picture quality is great (day & night) & the range can be adjusted. It was easy to install & the doorbell works great in the house. Now I know when someone is at my door & they aren't confused by which door to use. It was also very affordable. I highly recommend & would purchase again.

For under $40, it's amazing that you can get a fairly capable doorbell that works reliably. But with this EKEN system, you also get a doorbell chime and a remarkably useful app. I give this system five stars for value, four stars for performance. The only thing keeping it from five stars for performance is the slow person detection.The design and form factor are excellent, especially considering the price. Everything feels substantial and looks premium, and the packaging is very good. It all makes for a great presentation.The onboarding process is easy, with EKEN stepping you through the process of charging, installing the app (strangely not named EKEN, but instead named AIWIT), connecting to Wi-Fi, and setting up the chime.Some reviewers complain that this is a Trojan Horse product. You get seven days of full recording and archiving service, then you have to pay $30/year. Otherwise, all you can do is view live. Well, first off, nothing good is free. Secondly, that's a smoking deal.Performance is good, and so is reliability. The EKEN app is always ready to check what's going on, and the paid service does a great job archiving and presenting recordings.Picture quality is good for the price. It's HD, and the viewing angle is suitably wide horizontally (maybe 140 degrees), but vertically it's much narrower. I can't comment on night vision, because our condo door opens to a hallway that's lit 24/7.The doorbell chime sounds great and is loud enough for anyone. You can control the volume from the app.The only downside for me is the slow reaction time to human movement (around 5-8 seconds). In the EKEN's defense, we live in one of those condos where the elevator opens to our front door. When the elevator doors open, the person is only eight feet from the doorbell camera. The doorbell takes those 5-8 seconds to notify us, but the person can reach our door in less than 3 seconds. They're already out of the elevator and mashing the doorbell well before we know they're here.Our situation is unique and not typical. This system would've been perfect for our last freestanding home, where it took people 20 seconds to get up the walkway. So, consider the EKEN for your situation. One thing I know: you won't find a better value, or anything more reliable at this price.

We first had doubts about it but when we finally set it up. The interface was friendly, quality video and image, simple charging system and we can control the battery life and the night vision is clear and the cloud storage is affordable and it make one happy to view again and again. Thanks

The doorbell lasts forever rechargeable wireless and works in any kind of weather. Lasts for 6 months after fully charged. The doorbell has perfect night vision and sounds for ringing. Has motion detection and alarm. The doorbell is also affordable and keeps recording to review years later

The media could not be loaded.  I added a video of me just taking out recycling. Lol. I'd add more but it won't let me. Added edited screenshots. The color, sound is outstanding, even picks up very clearly in the dark My phone alerts me from anywhere that's there's motion or sound and I can play back all videos for up to 2 weeks of storage. The app is extremely easy to download and navigate. I can also talk to whoever is there from my phone.I gotta be honest the picture is phenomenal and very clear!!! I was extremely pleased with how well it works and functions for the price I paid for it. The subscription is only $20 (its $50 for Ring company)for an entire year and it saves all your videos for you and you really can't beat that price. This camera works really really well and it's next to a door that opens and closes in my apartment building all day and yet it always adjust for the light coming in from that door. I had an issue with a neighbor bothering me so my landlord suggested I get one and also I am hearing impaired and it allows me to see what's going on without opening the door from anywhere and alerts when I have deliveries. I can talk through it, I just wish someone would invent a closed caption option for deaf people. I can also hear any noise or conversations going on in the hallways of my 8 unit building. I really recommend this for inside or outside to watch pets or children, or if you have a babysitter you're trying to keep an eye on this would work really really well. It also has a doorbell that plugs into your house with a USB type connector and although I have it plugged in, nobody really uses the doorbell button except delivery or mailmen and you don't really need it because your phone alerts you right away. I don't think the chime is loud enough personally. You're really limited to where it can plug in, you have to use a phone charger USB plug or buy an outlet extension that has a USB option. There pretty cheap for either, so thats not really a factor in budgets. We all have a few USB chargers laying around. The camera's extremely sensitive and the sound quality is fantastic . I highly recommend buying it, the price is extremely low for the incredible product. This gives me piece of mind, I feel safer, sleep better, have proof of anything weird. I love it. I can also download the videos to share or save before they self delete after 2 weeks.The only negative is the batteries, there 18650 battery's with "nipple" top. I ordered a few extra as they are rechargeable. So far they've lasted 6 weeks without recharge. So I guess that's not really a negative. I also got a universal charger for the batteries for 10 bucks here on Amazon. BUY IT!!!

I really like the quality of the video and the user friendly instructions. I don't like surprises and I didn't know until I tried to access the camera footage that I need to purchase an iCloud storage. However, it's very affordable and choosing the annual plan gave me one free month and it averages the only 8 cents a day. Great product!

I really liked this doorbell until it randomly stopped working. I stopped receiving notifications and the app showed the device was offline. I tried to reconnect it multiple times and even sent an email to the email address on the app but i didn’t get a response.After multiple attempts the doorbell camera stopped working completely it would not turn on.

Still trying to figure it all out!But seems to be good and easy to assemble!Has a good view of range from front door
