Go gradual
The product looks and smells good like earth. I bought this to help remineralize my body, for Hyperthyroidism, to stop hairfall, and get the boost of energy I read online. I did not feel a boost in energy. On the first dose I did feel it go through my system so I know it is working. I’m just not entirely sure on what level. After the first month, I could increase the dose without any side effects. The first few days I took a double dose and that made my intestines bleed. So be careful and go gradually when starting off and increasing doses. After two month I did not see a decrease in hairfall. I can say that I’m feeling better, however, I am taking other supplements and receiving energy healing to cure myself. I will continue finishing the packet and see how it goes. Maybe remineralizing thé body is a gradual process to see results.
