NOBPEINT Modern Accent Arm Chair, Sponge Backrest Solid Hardwood Upholstered PU Leather Lounge Chairs (1, Black)

I ordered two of these chairs in the black color. First of all, one of the chairs got delayed so I received the chairs at different times.I built the first chair by myself in TWO HOURS because it was so incredibly difficult. The screw holes were completely unaligned and the instructions said nothing except “tight the screws but not too tight, 90% is OK” over and over and over… What???The first chair looked fine once built. Not very comfortable but looks decent. Although the assembly was challenging, I was hopeful about my purchase.Now for the really frustrating part… When I received the second chair I was absolutely appalled at what I received. In the attached pictures you will see that1. The back part was COMPLETELY misshapen. Like, full on parallelogram. I don’t even know how this passed anyone’s review before being sent to me.2. There is a random protrusion(?) on the back part as well. You can tell from the photos- it seems as though maybe a piece of the wood framing got loose and was sticking out of the faux leather material.3. There were countless random scratches all over the arms/legs of the chair, along with what seemed to be unfinished areas where someone missed with the paint? It looks splotchy and hideous.I almost NEVER write reviews, but I am still truly shocked at how poor of quality this chair is. I am extremely disappointed and at this point would not recommend anyone purchase this chair.

Holes from the arms to the back don't line up correctly. One hole looks like it was drilled correctly then plugged and painted over. The other side doesn't line up at all.
