These are beautiful and absolutely perfect for what I was looking for!! I've looked and looked for dishes that would have the look of pewter to them, that were affordable, and these are it!!! They're a nice weight, not to heavy but substantial. The color is perfect!! I absolutely love them!!

I am a fan of Pfaltzgraff and think these are a great quality dinnerware set. What I liked about these charming dishes is their beautiful dark gray color, almost like pewter. They are striking! The raised fluted edge on the plates make them unique and they remind me of a flan dish or a pie pan with a fluted edge. Their weight is slightly heavy, but not like some of the older sets of Pfaltzgraff I have had. The bowls are quite large, more like a very small serving dish and the inside of the bowls seemed to have a slightly lighter grey color to them that did not detract from the sets attractiveness.My set had a few imperfections on two of the dinner plates. One had a sharp, white, unglazed pinpoint area on the outer fluted edge and one on the underside, barely noticeable and I would not have sent them back for that. The raised fluted edge of the plates help to contain food, however because the edge is raised instead of flaring out it gives you a little less area for food. They came packaged well and not a single dish was cracked, chipped or broken. I was not disappointed!

I love the edging on the bowls and plates it gets them a sophisticated look. The bowls are the perfect size for ice cream, cereal and soup. They would make a great gift!

I received this dinnerware in exchange for my honest review. The first thing I notice upon receiving this dinnerware is the weight of the plates and bowls. They’re a very nice sturdy weight. Second thing and probably my most favorite thing is the rounded up edges of the plates. Food is not going to spill off of these plates. I love this! With the color and design, you could use these as everyday dinnerware or dress them up for a dinner party or Holiday easily. I’ll be using them all the time!
