CalphalonPremier Hard-Anodized Nonstick Frying Pan Set

These pans are quite sturdy with well attached handles that never come loose and unless you grab them very close to the pan itself, they are cool to touch without a mitt.The surface is so easy to clean!While certainly not as heavy as mom’s old cast iron pans, neither are they so light weight you could play frisbee with them. Just right to be in my kitchen forevermore! Will never buy a different brand. I have 4 different pans by this brand and llije then all.

I have other Calphalon pans & am very happy with the quality & longevity. I needed to replace my other 2 pans (different brand) in these sizes so went with Calphalon this time. I could not be more pleased! Love the weight,sizes,nonstick, handles & height of the sides.On a side note I do not ever use metal utensils with my non stick pans even if it says it's okay. Also, do not put any of my pots & pans in the dishwasher. I have found they last longer & stay looking nice. Dishwasher detergent is harsh !

Already had one of these pans and decided I needed additional sizes. Love them. Easy to clean, heats evenly and non stick..perfect!!

Nice pans for the price. Very easy to clean and wash - non stick and slides right out.

Pans do the job well.... Seems to heat evenly and being non-stick working with flaky fish and eggs are a breeze. I use these over the stainless pans for certain applications, more out of convenience. I previously used the Contemporary nonstick and they are largely the same in quality. These use lids from my stainless Premier set which is nice since they do not come with any, however I pretty much hate the new lid design but not the fault of these pans, you can go look at my other calphalon review if you want to see those gripes.I use only silicone utensils and spatulas so I can't comment on durability using wood or other harder plastic material but I have had no issues with the finish. I expect to get a couple years out of them maybe more but a good alternative set of pans to compliment your stainless pans.
