Design fault
Open the flap ready to insert the letter. There are two little paper shoulders which get in the way of pushing the letter into the envelope. if you wanted to make it hard to use the envelope this is what you would design.

Cheap rubbish, had to throw half away!!
On around ½ of the envelopes, the top flap was stuck to the inside of the envelope and tore when trying to pull it free.You get what you pay for - live and learn!!

Disappointed. The envelopes are ok but I ordered 300 and only got 281. They are not cheap so would expect professional.

Do the job without any fuss. Travel well through GPO handling.
