An important feature to the Trombone
This keeps the water valve shut for good intonation of the horn, and yet allows it to be opened for relieving the moisture which builds up inside the instrument. I did have to clip the ends a bit, but it was easily done with a wire cutter. A good value spring and the right size.

Yup, it worked
I use an older Benge trumpet. I ordered several types of springs, not sure of which would work. The other type I ordered simply did not and could not work. This one did, even though it took 3 or 4 YouTube videos and having to trim the tails with a wire cutter. I understand that having to trim the spring is normal. Yes, I would buy this one again, even though it is slightly more expensive, receiving only 2 springs.

The springs fit my King Silver Flair trumpet perfectly. Install was easy (after watchibg youtube video).

Broken in a week
Quick shipping and great price however one of the springs only lasted 1 week. Luckily it came in a 2 pack.
