This hat is lovely. A lot of hats are uncomfortably small but this one really is true to the advertised size. I love the wide brim which will stop the back of my neck burning and the wire in the brim means it keeps its shape. Very nice. Would definitely recommend

Good fit ,nice quality and finish.

I like these hats. I ordered one in every colour. The grey one is a bit of a dirty white colour but the others are as expected. The navy and black ones are better for keeping the sun out of my face since the beige and grey ones let some of the light through the peak; however, obviously, the dark ones get hotter in the sun. The top of the hat, i.e. the part that sits on the head is not as angled as in the pictures. It is a thin cloth and, therefore, moulds to the head. This doesn't look as nice as in the pictures. Nevertheless, they do a great job keeping the sun out. Nothing gets around them and the face and neck are well protected as are the sides of the head. They are light to wear and the largest size fits my 61.5 head size perfectly. I don't need the velcro to make them smaller. I also love the straps. Naturally, straps usually look stupid on hats but we get a lot of wind and they won't blow off. Moreover, I pick up a lot of small children and toys and empty out a lot of lawnmower bags and the hats won't come off when I use the straps. They are easy to take off but won't come off on their own once on. You just push the plastic clip up to adjust the tightness of the straps so there is no tying involved, which keeps the straps clean. I find them very handy.

The things I like about this hat - it's made from a lightweight cotton, it has a UV50+ rating, and the brim is stiff enough to support its own weight. It looks nice with my hair down too, but with hair to my knees, wearing my hair loose in hot weather is a no-go.Things I dislike about it - it sits very low on my head and restricts my vision, the back pieces are floppy and drape against my neck and don't sit out, giving the whole hat a bucket vibe rather than the sunhat vibe the pictures show. The side view looks like I should be in a period drama. The ponytail hole is a nice idea, but it is quite small and pulling my hair through it is awkward. If you had thick or curly hair, it would be very difficult.Overall, this hat is nothing like as airy as I imagined it would be based on the pictures. Despite being lightweight it sits too close to my face and head for comfort in the heat.

I have been looking for years for a sun hat. Problem is, I've got a big head! I've tried various over the years. One size fits all - yeah. They have been perched on the top of my head or I have pulled them, to have them slowly peeled themselves off with a pop! Even tried men's hats, but they generally don't have the wide brim. After all, the purpose of a sun hat, is to protect you from the, er, sun...This hat is advertised as being a size 59cm - my head is 60cm, but I thought it had a chin strap so maybe I could keep it on my head without it peeling off. I opened the package & my heart sank, it looked so small. Ah well, tried it on. IT FITS! So, so, happy. I'll be able to wear it without getting a red mark across my forehead. For those of you unfortunately not to have a head as big as mine, there is a lace inside the brim to reduce in it size. The chin strap is easily removed. The brim has a wire, but the brim can be turned up, the hat looks good brim up or down. It covers the face quite nicely. The colour I chose was cream. It's more milky coffee,very nice. I will be getting the navy one. All in all, a very well made hat that I was happy to receive. Haven't used it yet. It's started to rain!

Lovely hat ideal for keeping the sun off your face. Needed it for gardening which is ideal for me. Light weight ordered a large to make sure it was going to be big enough found it true to size. Would purchase again.

More for sitting in the sunshine than for walking as the back catches on my collar. The brim was folded, for posting, and will need pressing to remove the crease in the front.

My go-to hat on super sunny days. Covers the face well and is easy to bend the fabric. I like that it’s washable but it does get wrinkly. But that’s not a big deal as long as the hat is functional! I like the added string to keep the hat tied around the neck. And the bow tie is a plus! Makes this hat extra cute.

I really like this hat. I finished chemo a few months back and have to be careful of sun exposure. I’ve worn this hat during a beach trip (it just started to rain hence the bummed look on my face!)and while out gardening. It keeps its shape pretty well. The string adjusts to keep the hat on when windy and I was able to adjust the size of the hat to fit my small head. The brim is small enough to not be intrusive but big enough to protect you face and neck from the sun. Would recommend!

Dieser Sonnenschutzhut ist sehr praktisch und hier stimmt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.Der Hut ist leicht und beschwert nicht.Zum Fixieren gibt es Bändchen, das sich individuell einstellen lässt.So kann der Hut nicht wegwehen.Absolut praktisch auch, dass man den Hut zusammenfalten und einstecken kann.Der Hut ist insofern zudem gut durchdacht, dass er am hinteren Teil so eine Art " Verlängerung " hat.Das schützt den Nacken und man kann hochgesteckte, lange Haare damit vor der Sonne schützen, was für mich ein wichtiges Kriterium ist.Über den Augen ist die Krempe auch schön breit und die Sonne kann einen nicht blenden.Für mich ein sehr gut durchdachtes Accessoire zum fairen Preis.Der Hut kam ein bisschen zerknittert an.Ich habe ihn einfach ein bisschen befeuchtet und aushängen lassen und perfekt.Den Hut empfehle ich gerne weiter.
