It's really full/bigger than expected. standard quality like hotels. sturdy vacuum packing. Comfortable, soft, with minimal compression.

These pillows are so comfortable! They are a little heavier, and kind of form to your head and neck. Not too fat, but they aren't flat either. They kind of look like hotel pillows, but better quality. They fit easily in a queen pillowcase. We have bought Utopia comforters a few times in the past because we feel like the brand is good quality for a decent price. They hold up and last a long time, so I'm confident these pillows will too.

Pillows are nice, on the softer side, hoping they will fluff up after opening. If they don’t end up fluffing up more, they are not super dense. My biggest problem is how they are packaged/shipped. They rolled the pillows up, covered them in 3-4 layers of plastic, and so it makes it super hard to rip off. You can only really cut them open. The problem with that is, if you’re using a box cutter like me, there is that there is a HIGH probability that you will cut through the pillow. I would suggest either less plastic, or packaging them differently so when someone is receiving their package, they don’t damage it just trying to get it opened.

Very soft & fluffy. I did have a terrible time getting the pillow out of the packaging, but once I did, it immediately fluffed up. I currently have all 4 behind me for support while sitting, and they feel great & are helping with my back pain. I haven’t yet tried sleeping with them as they just did arrive. But even if they don’t work for sleeping, they’re great for support while sitting.

So comfy. This is a good brand. I have other stuff from them too. Great value for the price. White in color, no smell. Not hot. Thick yet fluffy. It’s not the very long pillows but the standard size. I only wash a handful of times, then replace, so I can’t speak on longevity.

Had these pillows in my cart for weeks debating whether to buy them or not. After washing my old pillows and having the filling shift to one side, I decided to buy these. I'm so happy I did. I love 'em! They're super comfortable, soft to the touch, and heavy in weight. They're fully filled with OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 virgin hypoallergenic polyester filling with double stitching all around to ensure the fluffiness stays in place. Has a medium firm feel to them and are great for back and side sleepers. The size is more of a Queen than standard and fits fully in a Queen size pillowcase. They arrive in a vacuum sealed package. Simply fluff them with your hands and place them in the dryer on low heat for 15 minutes and they regain their shape. I normally wash my pillows before use, but Utopia does not recommend machine washing these. Only spot clean or hand wash...probably the only down part of it. But they reassured me it was safe to use as they are factory vacuum sealed. Highly recommend.
