In a nutshell, it's easy to use and is a great gift. I wish there was more wax though. Wax is very cheap, so there isn't a good reason they skimped out on the wax. So I picked up some of the wax squares from the dollar store and threw those in too. It went over very well.

Easy to use and smells great

Something cute an fun for my daughter to do. She had a good time making the candles am leaving little notes in them. Save a gave me one when she was finished, the fact it was something that she was able to make with love a some mean behind it, I would definitely say it was a hit!!

A variety of ways to be creative

Candles turned out cute, but the wax took WAY MORE time to melt than the instructions said. First tried to melt the wax in a plastic container and after about 10 mins it was still solid chips. Transferred it to a glass measuring cup (I was trying to avoid staining my measuring cup with the dye or fragrances) and it finally started melting after another 10 mins. Wasn’t very fun for my kids because of that, but the final product is fine.

Great kit and very easy to use. the instructions are clear and the scents aren't bad.

It looks nice enough for a teen wanting to try her hand at candle making. It's of color and easy to understand instruction
