SorelWomen's Caribou Boot

Wanted a pair of these for years. Finally bought them and they were worth every penny! Shoveled out of a few nasty storms with perfectly comfortable feet; warm, dry, supported. The only issue was the glue(?) used inside the leather outer shell. I assume it’s to help waterproof where the tongue is stitched to the shaft. Left boot fit great, but there was excessive glue in the right boot so the tongue was glued down a good half inch on either side. This made getting my heel in the boot all but impossible. I didn’t want to return the boots, so I took an exacto blade to the offending goop. Annoying, frustrating, but ultimately fixable.

Great fit they feel comfortable already.

I have always liked the sorels so these are as nice as expected.

Got these boots after my boyfriend bought the same pair in Men's and we both love them.Pros: They are super warm (tag says up to -40), have a liner that can be removed and washed, are totally waterproof from what I've experienced so far (I went out in rain and snow with them on) and are good looking. They also don't fit super tight like some of the other Sorel's I've tried on so they're comfortable through and through. Pretty good quality boots.Cons: They don't do any better on ice than any other winter boot and they are a little shorter than other taller options so snow can sometimes get in the top. If you expect both of these things when you buy them like I did then they're really not a problem.
