This did not work for me. Perhaps my disability prevented me from some of the suggestions on this CD. I felt it would be more suited to a healthy person or for a couple. If I ever choose to share my life with another person, I will give it another go. I may pass it on though to a couple with at least one healthy person or to a singleton healthy person, without mobility issues though.Arrived in perfect condition.
