Persevere with location & you won’t regret your purchase.
We decided to move the tv to a different side of the room, & the freesat box decided to pack up at the same time. Couldn’t get the roof aerial connected so needed an indoor aerial. First cheap one we tried was useless, so after reading reviews on this we went for it.Disappointed at first but we persevered & once we found the right position it is great & gets a lot more channels than freesat ever did. Each one has a strong signal & not even affected when the train goes by. Very happy with this one, it’s been there for a week, through thunderstorm & sun & I am happy to recommend it to anyone.

Pleasantly Surprised.
I have a room in my house that I'm unable to connect to my satellite dish so I have to resort to an indoor Freeview aerial. I've so far tried around 3 different indoor aerials of various makes (mainly well known brands) with varying degrees of success (good picture with bad sound & vice versa) The previous aerial decided to give up the ghost. So, after doing a lot of research & reading many reviews I decided on purchasing this aerial. I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting a miracle but ended up being pleasantly surprised with what I ended up choosing.Set up was easy, just plug in the aerial lead into the TV (bare in mind that you'll need a USB socket to power it, hopefully your TV has one, otherwise you'll need to a power adapter with USB)The length of the leads are good, they're not too short so it's possible to place the aerial where you want it(I ended up looping the excess lead up as I was able to locate a good picture near the TV)I've managed to get pretty much all of the main channels & now receive many more than I used to (I live in Bracknell, Berkshire) I now only get a few picture/sound glitches whereas with the other aerials it was a common occurrence.Bare in mind that you'll never get a perfect signal unless you buy & get a proper rooftop aerial installed but I'm more than happy with this indoor aerial as picture & sound quality is much better than I expected! My only gripe is that the bottom of the aerial is not flat but curved, it would have been nice to be able to it on a shelf or windowsill.

It's ok, but it's not brilliant
Good news 1st, since i only live 15 miles from a transmitter in the uk on flat terrain, it picked up 109 channels. But it needed to be at the very top of the loft with a power supply handy.. It picked up nothing in the log cabin i bought it for, not even a radio channel which i found odd, since just about anything picks up radio channel. It also picked up nothing at all on the ground floor of my home or 1st floor. So it had to be the loft or nowhere. About 12 watchable channels, the rest were like a blizzard. Maybe you need to live on a hill. But i went back to my 20 year old antenna in the end.

Works Perfectly With Saorview In Ireland
Very happy with my purchase. I live in a small town in Co Tipperary, where the house is in the shadow of a hill that blocks most local digital transmissions. Have a combo box with free sat and Saorview (Ireland's equivalent of Freeview that transmits the Irish digital channels from RTE and Virgin Media) and had been using a different brand digital aerial for the last couple of years, but depending on the weather and time of day it had variable reception, and with a digital signal, your either get a perfect picture or you get nothing with very little in between. Read the reviews of this item and decided to upgrade to a new internal aerial and am very happy with the result. In my case, siting the aerial was very important. My previous one only worked in one particular position on the wall between two upstairs windows (and not in the windows themselves, which would have seemed the logical place to get the best best signal), where moving the placement by even an inch or two lost the signal. But this new box worked in multiple positions around the window areas. I actually found the optimum position to be on top of a wardrobe a few inches from the window, where it was unobtrusive and not easily accidentally moved, plus the long coax cable could be hidden behind the wardrobe. Weather wise it has worked reliably during heavy rain, bright sunshine and both day and night with a perfect stable picture. Very happy.

Great quality for a low price
I have recently moved into a new flat and was a little annoyed to find that the antenna connected to the building didn't find any channels. After looking on amazon I found this advertised for a reasonable price and with some very good reviews. I wasn't expecting much as I honestly thought that these types of aerials were quite poor and wouldn't find many channels if any at all. However, I thought I would take a chance on it and worst case scenario if it doesn't work I will just return it for a refund. To my surprise I was shocked that, after a little playing around with the positioning, the aerial picked up over 150 digital tv channels and all were of exceptional picture quality. I now have lots and lots of channels and the quality is identical to what I would expect from a conventional tv setup in a house (i.e. with an external tv aerial). I am very happy with this purchase and I am now able to watch tv again and have plenty if channels to chose from.If you buy this aerial one thing I noticed is that it works best when it is high up so if you are able to put in high up on a wall or even outside then you will be fine. I also noticed that from a UK perspective BBC channels are the lowest quality but even then they are still good picture quality eventually once you have played about with the positioning. All in all, a great buy for a reasonable price.

Doesn't come with power supply, only USB cable
Couldn't install because it doesn't come with any power adapter, only a USB cable that plugs into a TV or separate adapter you need to buy. As my TV doesn't have a USB plug, I couldn't install it. Guess I missed that in the sea of text on the product page. So make sure yours does. Otherwise seems ok and came pretty quick.
