Is there a drain hose on the bottom of this that I could put directly into the floor drain in my laundry room?

The hose that come with it reaches pretty far. I have the hose running into my water drain in our garage since that's where I give my dog their baths. It's awesome!! Love this tub.

Will the stairs still work with the XL if I purchase the booster risers?

The risers (pedestals) will not work with the XL tub!.

When we received our tub and steps . How does the steps stay in place

The Booster Bath Steps come with non-slip pads on the bottom of the feet, as well as where the steps meet the opening of the tub. As weight is applied to the steps, the downward pressure reinforces the stability of the steps.
