Garage Stop Door Opener Remote Keypad for Linear (MDTK)

Great remote keypad. Numbers are large and easy to read, and light up at night. Very easy to set code to operate. I found it easier to set up the code and then mount the keypad on the garage door frame. Works like a charm and much better than the previous one. This one is well sealed to prevent rain and moisture from rusting out the parts.

Setup in about 2 minutes. Works great.

Love this. The numbers are large enough to read when you have enough light. And when you don’t have enough light, you can hit the enter button before you input the code and the keypad lights up the numbers. The hardest part of installing this thing is crawling up a ladder to reach the overhead garage door opener. This is much easier to install and not rocket science if there are two of you to do the installation. Took 15 minutes to install the thing. Easy to use. The one that this unit replaced, which looks exactly like this unit lasted for about eight years. Considering the price I’d say it was well worth it.

I can’t believe I waited so long to get this. It works perfect. It was super easy to install - literally took less than 5 minutes. Such a relief to have this now!

A bit pricey for what it is. Instructions were easy to follow and works well. To close the garage, the code has to be punched in instead of just pressing the Start/Stop button.

An exact duplicate of the original unit. Easy to install and program at a fair price.

Bought this keypad to replace old one for PDS opener. Synced code instantly. Was even able to use existing holes in wall for attachment. Very pleased.

Comes with battery wrapped in plastic in battery compartment. It is not attached to the unit itself. At first I thought the unit was defective until I realized that I needed to remove, unwrap and attach. Also, directions were slightly confusing regarding how long to push to learn button on the main opener unit. It was not clear whether the button needed to be pushed for 10 seconds or just until learn function engaged. I know from experience that the longer push will clear all memory and require reprogramming of all remotes. Short push worked perfectly and programming went smoothly after that.
