I’ve been having terrible back pain issues for many years now. Starting with lower back pain due to the sciatic nerves, scoliosis since I was a child, degenerative disc disease and desiccated discs, and not long ago, suffering a burst type spinal fracture (the worst kind of fracture possible, where the vertebrae breaks into smaller parts). Needless to say, ever since I’ve been suffering excruciating back pain, which was debilitating and limiting my mobility. And obviously not allowing me to live well and enjoy my life as I would have liked to. I’m a 53 year old woman. Not exactly young but not exactly old either.After trying all the medications, possible and impossible medical procedures, chiropractic treatments, lotions, potions, pain management therapy with very little results, I simply came across this product. A back stretcher? Hmmm! It got my attention after I read how it works. Extremely simple concept, but incredibly effective. Basically using your own body weight and the force of gravitation. Genius in its simplicity, it allows you to choose the curvature that works and feels best for your spine and you simply lay down on it. I’m still in awe how this device is technically allowing your body to self heal.I’m using it while laying down on my favorite sofa in my study, in a very comfortable position. I was amazed how from the very first minute I laid down on it, I started feeling and hearing my dislocated vertebrae popping back into the position they were supposed to be, followed by a number of other “pops” that again, corrected the position of several other segments of my lower back bones. I could not describe how relaxing it feels and how in a matter of minutes it brings me from serious pain and discomfort to perfect comfort and erases the pain out of my body like it never even existed.I highly recommend this product, it’s an extremely logical and intelligent concept and it only uses your own body’s ability to heal. I got this for my back I was in an automobile accident and it helps with the middle of my back and it works. I would definitely buy it again it’s nice.

The picture is very deceiving for this product. It makes it look like the blue strip is soft padding but in actuality, it is not. It is hard and uncomfortable.

Very easy to set up. I did not use a pillow my first try and it felt uncomfortable but now put support under my head and it feels much better. Am using it for about 8 minutes and feels pretty good.

At first when I saw this I really thought it was a scam but figured it was cheap so I'll give it a try.This thing is amazing. Use it daily in my chair out back. Gives your back a little flex motion while siting and leaning back against it which for me also cracks my lower back relieving minor pain.

I have back issues for the past 30 years and thought that this product would help. I was completely wrong. I tried the unit on the first setting for 5 minutes and when I got up my back was in pain at the right sciatica.I have been to a chiropractor three times with no results. Sitting, walking and sleeping is now a chore and a pain. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone with back issues. There should be a warring that this product may cause additional harm to an existing back issue.

The way my back cracked like a glow stick when I laid back on this! Magical. I was physically hit by a car 5 years ago and my back has constantly been in a state of excruciating pain since! I have only used for one day and the difference in my range of motion is unbelievable. Pain is noticeable but not much different- I’m sure with consistent use this stretcher is going to work wonders!

I have found this back stretcher to be very comfortable! I notice some cracking when I lay down but it does not crack my entire back. It does however give my middle back a very good stretch. I do find it difficult to change the positioning of it because the plastic is very thick and hard to bend.
