Purchased for my husband who has a bad back. It sets on top of his desk but allows him to alternate between standing and sitting. Perfect answer for his needs as it also adjusts to his height while sitting. Highly recommend if it is difficult for you to stay in a sitting position all the time. Also, I had read other standing desk reviews and had some concern of its sturdiness but no problem with this one!

It would be a five-star but it just needs the brackets to have a sticker to say left and right side. The picture did not help but the box picture shows how to install the brackets.

My purchase did not go smooth. I paid extra for quick delivery on a unit, then it arrived missing parts. I had to return and re-order. I paid extra for quick delivery again. I got taken for about $30.and lost a couple days in the process. I bought this for my back. This is what I needed. It is a pretty good option

Likes: when sitting, desk is in lowest position, my screens are the perfect height When standing, raised easily. Easily adjust the height. It does take a little firm pressure to lower it down.Dislikes: would like the key board shelf to slide in and out, protective covers for exposed hardware, so it doesn’t dig into desk

I was hesitant about purchasing this but it works great for those who need to stand up during the work day. Easy for my husband to assemble and easy for me to convert up and down.

Ordered 2 of these at the same time. Did not arrive together and were missing the mounting hardware and screws for the keyboard trays.

First, it's a pretty heavy piece, feels rather solid. The instructions are basically non-existent, so after a couple of trial and errors, thinking I knew what I was doing, I got it up and functioning. It doesn't raise and lower as easily as I hoped, but maybe because it's new? I'm just starting to use it, and so far so good. As time goes by, I may amend this review, but for now I'm okay with the product.Addendum - it's now less than a year later. I have really liked the product until I came in and found a puddle of hydraulic fluid on my desk and the desk will no longer go all the way down. My return window has closed, as has my window to complain, so here I am! Tread carefully with this one.

I cannot stay still when I am working, so when I started looking for standing desk I chose this. It has been a life send! Definitely worth the purchase.
