Q: Can anyone please tell me how to really reset this? I did it from the back but it just restarts and everything is still the same.

There's a reset to factory option in the settings, which is what I used when I returned the product for not having a functional camera port.

Q: The system doesn’t have a Bluetooth in settings feature like the bc manual says, how can I fix that?

It does have a telephone icon where you can press it to connect to Bluetooth.
