Guinness World Records 2018: Meet our Real-Life Superheroes

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my son who was turning 15. I bought this, the current edition, as well as the 2002 edition as that is the year of his birth. He is a great lover of facts and information, and he and I are both big superhero fans - both Marvel and DC. The book is beautiful and it was shipped on time, Prime 2-day delivery.

This was a birthday gift for my 9-year old son. He specifically requested this after he got the 2017 version last year. I have to say, the 2018 version does not disappoint! Full color with a lot of cool facts, my son has spent hours going through it.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my nephew, who loved it. A big sports fan, he especially enjoyed the sections devoted to records in various sports, both traditional and non-traditional. The illustrations are fun, and nicely complement the facts and details. And the glittering cover is snazzy. Apart from the fun factor, the book is also educational, without being dull. It makes a terrific gift.

I have gotten my son this book for Christmas every year since the year 2000 when he was 11 years old. It's the only thing I get him every year as a tradition and he still loves it year after year.The quality is just as good now as in 2000. I am glad they haven't changed the size of the book because they look good stacked up or you could put on a shelf and they make a statement of their own.

Nice book, but confusing to read for a typical American kid - things like dates and measurements are not written in a format that we use here in the states. Still readable, but takes a little time to find the units we are used to using.

We've been buying my son Guinness world record books for the last few christmases. Hes always looking forward to it. Every year there is something new and fun to read about.The covers are always really eye catching but I wish the pages of the book were a bit nicer material.

I bought this book for my six year old son for Christmas and he LOVES it! He has already gone through it cover to cover and talks nonstop about all of the coolest world records. He is wanting a new one already, so I told him I will buy him one each year it comes out. GREAT gift for kids! Very educational, great photos, great facts, very interesting!

I got this book for my eleven year old daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. This book has everything you can think of in it and is a good book for anyone. It makes an interesting read and conversation. Every house should have at least one.
