Seems to be a quality product. Price a little high, but not readily available. Fast delivery. I will be using it for Aroid soil mix and I think it will be excellent for that.

In talking with others in my semi hydro plants group I learned there other brands that are just as good if not better than this one & prices are moderately to significantly lower priced. I can’t speak to the quality as I haven’t used it yet.

I used this as part of a homemade soil mix for my Hoyas. It is working great. It was actually hard to find the tree fern bark and I’m glad I found it here. Shipping was fast and it is a good quality. Thank you! Very happy. (Followed Vermont Hoya’s site for the soil mix I made.)

When I purchased this I really thought I’d see needles like the pictures of the product showed but it looked more like coconut fiber. Not what I expected, but it will mix with our other substrate and potting soil. Sheerness/thickness? It’s airy.
