Sound is good. Negatives are its feather light, has no heft like the original landline handsets had. Also the original handsets would feedback some of the sound from the mic into the earpiece, and with this handset you do not hear yourself at all, so that lessens the experience. The slightly soft plastic the handset is made of is slippery, similar to what you would see a child’s toy made of, by the way.

We bought this for Christmas as we do a white elephant gift exchange and my niece got this and actually really loved it.

People get so confused when they see you holding this.And the audio quality is terrific.This is so much better than any other headset, in both function and entertainment value.

Bought this for my 95 year old mother who has trouble hearing on her phone. It’s not what I thought it would be. It’s not loud at all. It doesn’t amplify the callers voice.
