I'm loving this chair
This chair is so comfy, unlike any other chair I have used in my office. The cushion is very good. The back tilt is good, Initially it was tight, but it turns out there is option below seat to adjust it. I think the wheels are also quite good, as I was putting my weight on it, I was afraid that it might break, but no they are strong. Best for the price.However, one complaint. I've tried to reach them on mail and phone, for small issue (which I resolved myself). But they're not responding.

Superb Quality & comfort
Very good quality of material is used and easy to assemble as well. Very happy with the sitting position also, very comfortable and ample space to sit. We are sincerely happy with a product. Good job for quality of the product. I received the product before actual delivery date.

Ordered this product after lot of research. On my request the seller sent it much earlier. Kudos for that.Aseembly took 30mins. Very easy. A video is also available for those who find it difficult to follow the instruction manual.Frankly the thing I liked the most is the quality of the build. Very sturdy and great quality.You can buy without thinking twice.

Poor lumbar support
I'm a heavy guy and the lumbar support is no good. It either locks in an upright position or bends back too low. If someone wants to take it off my hand for Rs.2k, drop me a line.

Could have been better
The chair is good quality-wise. But, the only thing that I didn't like about it was the lack of a locking mechanism for backrest tilt, You can tilt it but the lock doesn't work for the tilted position. It can be locked only when the backrest is not tilted.
