After a few months of use this usb stick had a short in the unit causing it to unmount and then re-mount every time you touched it (even though you're not removing it).

I had some very important information on the thumb drive attached to my key chain. The body of the drive came off the hook and got lost somewhere. The hook remained on my key chain.

I only bought this a few months ago and already it isn’t working. It isn’t detectable when I put it into my computer and is very temperamental.

I recently purchased the SIMMAX Memory Stick 64GB USB 2.0, but unfortunately, it turned out to be faulty and did not work at all. This has been an extremely disappointing experience, as I was unable to utilize the memory stick for its intended purpose. Upon connecting the memory stick to various devices, including laptops and desktop computers, it simply failed to be recognized. No matter what troubleshooting steps I took or which ports I tried, the memory stick remained unresponsive. This rendered it useless and left me frustrated with the lack of functionality. Additionally, the build quality of the memory stick was questionable. The plastic casing felt flimsy and cheap, suggesting poor craftsmanship. It gave me concerns about the overall durability and reliability of the product, especially considering that it failed to function properly from the beginning. Another significant issue was the discrepancy in claimed storage capacity. Despite being labeled as a 64GB memory stick, it did not provide the expected usable space. Upon formatting the drive, the actual storage capacity was significantly lower than advertised, which was both misleading and disappointing. Overall, my experience with the SIMMAX Memory Stick 64GB USB 2.0 was highly unsatisfactory due to its faulty functionality and poor build quality. I would caution others against purchasing this product, as it did not work at all and failed to meet even the most basic expectations. It would be wise to explore alternative options from reputable brands that offer reliable performance and better quality assurance.

There are aspects of this pen drive that I really like- I like the fact that the light on the end indicates when it is engaged, I like the cap for the end and that you can hook it on. BUT I don't trust it. For the first week or two it was fine, but now it has started to disconnect itself without being knocked or anything like that. It is quite concerning and has lead me to lose work. I've seen other reviews since buying it saying that it just stopped working so I'm getting worried and am considering returning it.

Great usb, I've managed to store over 8000 jef files for janome embroidery machine and 1000s of Pes files for my brother embroidery machine and still loads of space left. Might order another one in different colour.
