CRAZY GREAT AMERICAN CUTLERY COMPANY. these santi-safe knives are the ''standard of the industry'' in fish houses, commercial kitchens and on MY BOAT! If you take your fish cutting seriously. You'll try a industry standard. NOT some china blade(bubba)and Gamakatsu has zero to do with this knife why it says that is a BIG mistake and I reported it.
