Bought these to replace the anaemic philips halogens that came with the car, as these have some of the best reviews on amazon, even though they cost quite a bit more than others.Fitting these was a breeze (remove dust cover, unplug and twist out old bulbs, twist these in and connect them, turn engine on), no tools needed (although there are torx screws to loosen in case the bulb won't twist out/in).These bulbs have an external box for canbus decoding, and its done the trick, since I don't have any canbus errors. Fans are faintly audible outside the car if its very quiet around you, but they much quieter than the engine or climate control, and inaudible inside the car.I had the car in the local Vauxhall for a service, and they checked the light pattern on their MOT ramp. They said there were no issues and that they didn't need to adjust anything.Picture of new LED vs old halogen light output is attached.The bulbs come with a fairly flimsy allen key which presumably is to rotate the beam, although there are no instructions on how to achieve this...

In one word: FANTASTIC! Unlike many other bulbs with a lot of marketing waffle which turn out to be untrue, these bulbs do exactly what it says as advertised. The beam pattern is solid with no dark spots and the luminosity is great! The range is the best I've seen, and the high beam is equally great in terms of length, width and height of the light output. The fan is quiet, could hardly hear it. And, of course, they are from Novsight, a trustworthy brand (although the package they came in only said LEDHEADLIGHT, and not Novsight, which caused me to raise some doubts initially, even though they oozed quality from the start).Overall, I am very HAPPY with these LED Bulbs, which were very easy to fit. And I can finally say that my LED Headlight Bulb search is now over!

Fitted these into my car, they’re simple to fit as just a single live fly lead, they take their ground from the body of the lamp like a halogen bulb.They’re slightly longer than a normal bulb so bear that in mind.They are also wider in the body so your cars clip to retain them made need some bending/adjustment to make it fit.One slight flaw is that the anodised coating seems to not be that conductive, they are actually quite hard to get a clean earth to, even directly on a battery. Needs a plated underside or similar to help conduct to ground.They’re not very bright, nice clean white light but without external drivers or cooling fans/large heat sink there is a limit to how powerful they can be.If you have an older car with halogens and projector lenses, they do look fresher and we’ll see how long they last.

I don`t know what other people are saying but this bulbs are far the best bulbs on market now. I have a Volvo S80 2007 and i had a pare of Philips X-tremeUltinon gen2 LED H9 which i take them off and replace with this products. Are amazing, long and bright light. they are unbelievable....Price is insignificant for this quality bulbs. Well done Novsight.

My son fitted these to my Freelander 2 nearly two years ago as he was using the car whilst he sourced a new one for himself. The old halogen bulbs had kept blowing until LR kindly 'fixed' the problem by installing an inline, resistor cable, which solved the bulb issue by reducing the light output. These new LED ones were a little brighter but not much, until I realised that there is a right way to fit them to be effective in a projector lens setup. The diode arrays x 2 are in a V formation, not at 180 degree angles to each other, like traditional reflector LED lights. These ones need to point upwards to the top of the elliptical projector bowl and there is an adjustable ring that can be loosened off and reset to enable this. Took 5 minutes to refix correctly and now I can see again, without dazzling others. A better explanation of this would have helped but the instructions provided were diabolical, hence low installation score. Some other projector LEDs have the diode in one plane only and these too need to point upwards, to work properly. No point at all in trying to fit Reflector Type LEDs to projector lights either, as they only work in a vertical plane with the diodes facing East and West. Great product but better instructions in English would have made all the difference.

attention les fiches sont differentes de lon d5s d'origine Citroën, et de plus elles ne rentrent pas l'emplacement d'origine, je les ai abimées en les installant.heureusement le vendeur est très sérieux et m'a remboursé intégralement
