Lead acid to single 48volt replacement
As everyone has said bigger cable terminals are required, i just used stainless bolts with flat washers and lock nuts then taped them to death and made sure zip ties kept them away from each other and metal, if u have lights, tailights, and turn signals, YOU defintely need a step down trnasformer to 12volt, i burnt my light slap up and had to install new and rewire with step down regulator, other than that! Lost 280lbs battery weight, much much more low end torque, have drove probably 15 miles uphill and downhill and not recharged since inital full charge prior to installation, still amazed!

Easy install
Just got it, took longer to remove old batteries than to install this one battery. The cart now will fly, can't believe the power. Getting a battery monitor tomorrow to check distance per charge.

So far it's great.
At first I was dubious, how can this 45 pound battery replace 390 pounds of Lead acid batteries.Guess what? It is working great so far. We have a 24 year old cart we use on the farm as a work horse, truth is it doesn't get the maintenance it should and wet cell batteries were always needing care.We decided to try the Lithium for these reasons. I have installed the battery temporarily to see how good it performs. All I needed was a couple plywood pieces and an strap to secure the battery in place. Biggest problem was getting battery cables with terminals that fit the huge bolts on the battery. For now I just bolted the old cable to the new ones and taped them so they didn't short. We have gone about 5 miles over the hills and thru fields. It is working great.I will see how the range goes, but for now...wow!Yes, I plan on dressing up the install, I am going to add a disconnect, series fuse and mount the charger inside the cart with a recessed AC plug for power connection.Update, I have almost finished with the change over the second photo shows my progress. The battery and charger are properly bolted down, the AC inlet has replaced the battery charge input, the cables now terminate to mounted posts. The headlights now work thanks to the 48 to 12 volt converter. I still have to wire in the battery monitor and fuse block. This battery continues to amaze with the performance, this old cart flies and we have gone miles and miles hauling tools and farm stuff. Two days and she's still going.

Ocel's concern of customers satisfied
This was the lowest price and am very happy with it. Replaced 6 48 volt batteries. Price, weight, power do to less weight there is more take off power . Had it installed several day's works fine . So far so good. Would recommend serious consideration when changing batteries. The company contacted me after purchase to make sure all was going good.

You can’t go wrong
Replaced 6 Trojan 875 batteries with this one batteryThis one battery weighs less than one of the Trojan batteriesNote: had to modify terminal connectors to fit larger diameter positive and negative connection boltOther than that cart really zooms with no hesitation
