I had no idea how much my ashwaganda and ginseng supplements helped until I stopped taking them...I was excited to find them together in one cap, but after receiving the product I realized the content was way off what I was taking and am supplementing with powdered ashwaghanda. I like this product in many ways, but sadly it falls short where it counts most for me.

I have been taking the Adaptogenics for about a month now and have really noticed a difference in my mental clarity and lessened stress level. I am usually very skeptical of new things, but have been exceptionally pleased with this product. Looking forward to my continued use and what other results may improve.

The biggest difference I've noticed since starting this supplement is an increase in my ability to cope with stress. We are in the middle of a couple real estate transactions that have not been simple. I didn't realize how much is was helping until one day I forgot to take it. I was so stressed and anxious that day. These are truly amazing!

I have been taking this product for just over a month. I noticed a positive effect in my energy and mental acuity within three days of starting. I started out with two tablets per day and am currently taking one per day. I am an avid outdoorsman and used this for an energy boost this year while hiking from the 2500ft level to the 6000ft level, I am 58 years old and definitely got a positive boost in energy. I strongly recommend this product!

I’m not sure how a product that contains 100 mg of caffeine per capsule is supposed to help me overcome mood issues. It definitely did not.

Don't know that I am any smarter but I am getting old and seem to be holding my own through products like this.
