I wear a size 36 pants and the medium fits me perfectly. These are incredibly comfortable almost feels like you are wearing nothing. Very nice to pair with a thong so the jewels don’t fall out.

I have a home gym and wear these while working out 7 days a week. Due to the style and cut, they look a little skimpy/risque but the family jewels don't fall out and they are cool to wear and very comfortable even after a 2 hours. Some reviews mention how see through they are. Maybe that's based on the color you choose. I purchased a pair in black and one in navy blue. Neither are see through so I had no issues at all. 100 times better than wearing more constricting shorts or tighter fitting pants etc. very pleased with purchase

I originally ordered the size Large and they fit well, my rooster tends to hang out the bottom but its hard to stay flaccid as they feel so smooth and comfy, i tried the mediums a day after and they also fit, better in my opinion. I would get the Large if you want them a little loose and a MEDIUM if you want a perfect fit
